Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from wear or damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
